Setup & Deploy Instructions

  with Caller ID: no setup

IF phone line has NO Caller ID service
-OR-
using Telco Modem w/o Caller ID
( Ex. Rosewill - RNX-56USB )
• run `dialers` command
• press "y" to Delete Current List

  Ethernet: no setup

•  check list of WiFi network in range
•  enter selected ESSID from list ( w/o quotes )
•  enter WiFi Passphrase for selected network if required ( press ENTER for No Passphrase )
•  wait for Connection Status: up
•  IF Connection Status: down
• • press ENTER at ESSID prompt to refresh Connection Status
      Invalid SSID error is normal
  • if connection fails repeatedly, try re-entering info

OptimumWiFi Hotspot:

•  add Device to Optimum.net: 
  On a PC or Phone:
  1. log in to Optimum.net
  2. open My Profile menu (top right)
  3. select My Wireless Devices
  4. click Enable new device button (top right)
  5. enter MAC Address
     (look on ComboFreeze3G WiFi configuration screen, lower right)
     Don't see MAC Address 
  6. confirm MAC Address
  7. when prompted, select Type: "Other..." (last option)
  8. for Name, enter CFID of unit
  9. enter an Email, accept Terms and complete process...
  Done on PC or Phone, return to ComboFreeze3G WiFi configuration screen
•  enter "optimumwifi" for ESSID (all lowercase, no spaces)
•  press ENTER for Passphrase (NO Passphrase required)
•  wait for WiFi configuration screen to refresh
   NOTE: expect Connection Status: down if no optimumwifi hotspot is in range (i.e. setting up in office)

•  Tenda 4G WiFi Router REQUIRED!!!
• Power up 4G WiFi Router
• Use `wifi` command to connect to LHS4G
• Password: cloudfreeze4g
